We can load 22 containers in two levels on a thirteen-meter semi-trailer, which gives us an average of about 5000 chickens per 1 car. Loading on sheds takes place with forklifts (it is possible that the car can have such a cart with you). Unloading at the slaughterhouse is also done using carts, as in the example drawing. After removing the container from the car, it is placed on the heavy chain conveyor No. 1, and then automatically transported on the No. 2 conveyor, which enables us to place another container on the No. 1 conveyor. Next, the container is transported on the No. 3 conveyor where, after stopping, the containers are automatically unloaded with chickens by means of the ejector No. 8. Three containers are simultaneously pushed onto the table for separating the containers No. 9, then one by one moves with the help of conveyors No. 10, No. 11 and No. 12 towards the hanging point, where the workers hang the chicken on the stirrups of the slaughter line . The empty container is transported on a rotating conveyor No. 13 where the container is rotated by 90 ° for insertion into the container washer (in this position, container washing is very effective). After passing through the washer, the container is rotated to the original position on the No. 14 conveyor. Further containers are transported by means of the slide No. 15 and the conveyor No. 16 towards the stacking device of the No. 17 containers where they are placed in four-piece posts. The container, after emptying the full containers with the aid of the No. 8 ejector and the scissor lift located in the No. 3 conveyor, continues on the No. 7 container conveyor no. 7. The container is transported through the No. 4 conveyor to the container washers No. 7 where it stops to be washed . The washer is equipped with washing nozzles and a pressure pump and a pump for transferring dirty water to a slotted sieve. This system allows us to save water, the water in the washer operates in a closed circuit. After cleaning, the clean container is moved by means of conveyor No. 4 to conveyor No. 5 where the containers are automatically loaded. The container is made of profiles stainless steel and sheets of black steel, carbon steel and then galvanized by the fire method. The container is adapted to containers
